Right to Appeal

Any individual depicted in content available on this website has the right to submit an appeal requesting the review and potential removal of content in which they appear.

How to Submit an Appeal

The request should include:

  • The individual’s legal name
  • A clear description or URL of the content in question
  • A statement explaining the basis of the appeal (e.g., withdrawal of consent, invalid consent, or legal concerns)
  • Any supporting documentation, if applicable

Review Process

Upon receipt of an appeal:

  • We will promptly investigate the request
  • We will verify consent documentation in accordance with applicable laws and card-brand requirements
  • During the review, access to the content may be temporarily restricted, where appropriate

Outcome

  • If the investigation determines that valid consent was not provided, or that consent is invalid under applicable law, the content will be removed without undue delay
  • The appealing party will be notified of the outcome

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement regarding the outcome of an appeal, the individual has the right to seek resolution through a neutral third party, as permitted under applicable law. We will not restrict or prevent access to such neutral dispute resolution.
